questions about jaws 12 and windows live mail?

i'm using jaws 12 with windows live mail and i can't make it tell me who the message is from like normal. normally it's a list of messages, and i can use my arrows to go down and see who they are from, but now i can't.

i also can't seem to sort them in alphabetical order- again, i had no problems with this in jaws 10.

any ideas how i could fix this?

yeah I've heard that.
you have to sete it to show who it came from, subjects and all that and I cna do it with the mouse but not sure how its done with jaws.
Its pretty simple with the mouse just drag and dropping.
